What is the Wheeler Historic Farm Center?


A welcome addition to Wheeler Farm! It will be an indoor space where children of all ages can learn to appreciate the history and farm experience of Wheeler Historic Farm through interactive hands-on historical and contemporary farm displays. It will have a classroom for school groups and community education classes on the local farm history and farming . It will be available to the urban farmers, master gardners, agriculture co-operative educational programs with Utah State University Extension Services.

Construction of this building could begin between 2017-18. It will be supported by contributions to Wheeler Farm Friends, Inc., a 501c3 and Utah Zoo, Arts, and Parks. Wheeler Farm Friends hopes that many of Wheeler Farm’s patrons will support this project by giving.
